No mate, It was a straight fit "like a glove"

Ah right. Mate had to cut his bumper on his old A3. Yours from xenonsUK? Payday I might treat myself

Not sure about the A3 mate. Yeah I'm pretty sure that's where it was from.
Do it pal, imo the car looks so much nicer

AP's ordered from Awesomegti.com as they were the best priced I could find. Don't think they had them in stock so being made to order. Anyone dealt with them before, my impatience kills me and want to know how long they'll take haha

So fitting Coilovers to an A4 may be the most hardest thing to fit in the universe. So I attempted to fit them myself with a few pals and ended up cracking one of the hub carriers

Ended up taking it to my local mechanic to fit the new hub carrier and Coilovers for me. 2 days off the road waiting for the part and few hours fitting she is now sitting nicely. Next stop wheels and I've finally decided what I'm getting!!

Thanks bud! Ride is like a dream, nice and smooth but hit a corner and it all stiffens up nicely!
It's all the way down on the rears and can't remember what we put the fronts to

Sweet! Bit wallowy standard ain't they. Going to order some tomorrow I think. Any rubbing on the rear that low?

Hi pal, Looks pretty cool, awesome all the effort you're going to and expense .. truly props to you
I imagine with nice 19s and tyres you'll be 2k plus for the mods- so that makes me wonder why you just didn't put that extra budget into a better performance 2.0tfsi / 3.0 tdi Quattro ?
For me its Quattro and these engines that make an A4.
I guess I'm more about the drive than how it looks

Yeah 100% too high standard. Do it mate APs are such a nice ride. No rubbing at all in the rears. I may need to adjust once I put 19s on though

Thank you mate, well truth be told I was never actually going to modify the car and was going to leave it standard but I couldn't help myself once I actually got it

Had RB2s on my last car, have you ever tried cleaning them? I hated them in the end because they took so long to clean

looking good :) how is your front plate clipped on?

Thaaaaanks :)

So the plastic number plate holder that came with the grill, I cut it down smaller than the bumbler plate and attached it to my grill using bolt and washers and stuck the number plate using heavy duty Velcro.

Planning on getting a vinyl number plate once I get the bumper resprayed
