Hi. New to the forums! Just recently bought myself a 83,000 mile B7 RS4 in red, very very happy with it! Very straight car. Very quickly becoming a converted fast Ford enthusiast! However I do have a couple of things I wanted to ask!

1: my undertray fell off on the motorway on the way back from picking it up due to the place I bought it from not bolting it on properly and is smashed to pieces, I've found one on eBay but worried it isn't right, can anyone link me up with the right one please as the main Audi dealer near me want £225.

2: Discs and pads are decent but in the next year or so they'll need replacing, which ones are recommended?

3: would love to attend some Audi meets at some point, do any regular big events occur?

I'm sure you'll see me around hear asking a lot of questions haha! Thanks for your tine

Hi Jacob,

Welcome...

1 - from what I understand, the RS4 undertray is different to the other models due to having brake cooling ducts. Might be worth seeing if you can get one from a breaker. Theres a few being broken at the moment on ebay.

2 - general feeling is that the stock discs are what most go for. With pads its personal preference really. I went for EBC yellowstuff when I had mine done last year but there are others including Ferodo DS2500, Hawk, TRW etc..

3 - keep an eye out on the forums for meets, there's normally a few going on...

Thanks mike. I've used yellow stuff on my Escort Cosworth before. That might be a route that I may go down. Cheers.
