Hi,

i have audi 1.8 TFSI 2013
This morning I tried to move the car, and I just got the errors as I did in the video:
(It happened to me a second time)
- The condition of the battery is good.

If you can try to help me, I will be very grateful to you.

Thank you.

First vid wont load fella

They both work for me but the camera is flaying around so much I feel seasick! :puke2:

There's so much background noise it's hard to tell what's happening or not as the case may be. In the first clip towards the beginning it sounds like you can hear the starter solenoid clicking implying a battery issue, but I can't hear it in the second clip?.

i very sorry for the bad video..
now i upload to vimeo, so maybe its better now..

Could be a number of things, low battery voltage, starter motor borked, immobiliser coding lost somehow...??

Have you tried both keys?

Looks to me like the current draw is so much on attempted start that the voltage is dropping out. Battery voltage needs checking first

I took the vehicle to the garage according to the test of the proper battery.
The problem seems strange because after 5 minutes the car worked properly and was able to start

Do you think that the problem can arise from the keys?

I don't think anything, but can only make guesses over the interwebs. Just a suggestion that the key and immobiliser might not be getting along...

How did you sort this out, I really can’t understand why people come here asking for advice, but don’t finish the thread and put on how they sorted the fault out, and how they got the car right again, beats me, every thread, no solution to to problem,
