Hoping I'm the same! Didn't get chance to speak to CS today but with EMS and Weser both on the way to Grimsby I suppose I have a chance!

Audi now telling me I'm heading to Grimsby for Bristol instead of Sheerness - strange one if you ask me but I'm now on the same boat as you boys so to speak (scuse the pun) but hopefully true ;)

Hopefully we all are on the boat, still hard to believe I was told incorrectly once before.

Have to check in the morning only then I'll be 100% sure when the status changes to 39, at the moment it's still showing as status 38.
 
I'm still on 'Your A3 is expected to begin construction on 8th May 2017' I did only order it 3 weeks ago tho :tearsofjoy:

Ive been status 30 for 10 days now getting to the point of a refund
Ive been waiting since August and audi have really started to show there true colours
Not even pioriorty shipment

I was 30 for 14 days. Do you know where your car was built?
 
Mine was build on the 10th march. Think bw12 possibly i ordered in August last year and rejected the car 2weeks after collecting in November
Left the factory 15th

Congrats Steelster, I can't believe it as well, I'm on too!!! hope it's not long wait there and we get through quick!!! I believe we both are on the EMS highway and should be at Grimsby in 6 hours 15 minutes!!!

Congrats guys who have made it over, still sitting at Emden by the looks of it.

I see there is 2 car carriers in port at the moment that seem new, does anyone know where they are off to?

With your past issues with Audi put to one side, I'd slow down a bit. Us BW10 S3's have literally only just landed in the UK this afternoon from the boat, you've a week or so yet to wait.
 
Anyone know how long it takes to be able to track my order online? not registering yet, been just over 2 weeks

Some of you have landed, I have been told to expect a April delivery now for our A1
 
Out of interest I am looking to order an S3 soon and been told to expect October delivery. What wait times have people had in general?

3 door? There is a long wait on them at the moment it seems. Saloons and sportbacks look more like 12 weeks
 
Yes I wanted a 3 door. Is it as they do bulk runs for the variants and saloons and sport backs are more popular?
 
audi upgrades
Just spoken to my dealer. He basically confirmed that they CAN start the registration process as soon as the car is known to be in UK port.
Not 100% guaranteed, but it looks like since my car landed yesterday evening or this morning (depending on which ship) he will try and get it all sorted today.

So once he's phoned me back this afternoon I will let you all know for sure, but I would say to those hoping to beat April, there's still a chance as long as the car makes it onto UK soil before Saturday!

Ordered my A3 1.4 TFSI Sportback S-Tronic on 27 Feb and now have a build date of 5 June, it did come forward to 8 May, but slipped back 4 weeks, so be prepared for changes!
 
BW 10 still stuck at Emden, already for 11 days now.

I was BW9 and I was stuck at Emden for 15 days, I only got to Grimsby on the 26 March.

They say maximum 15 days, so if you have been waiting for 11 days, you should be on the boat within the next 4 days.

Both our cars arrived at the 16th in Emden. CS just told me car is still waiting to be allocated to a ship. And this after CS told me last week the car was on a ship. Crappy logistics.
 
Landed in the UK. Was on the EMS Highway from Emden to Grimsby.

Spoken to my dealer. Long story short, it seems cars CAN be registered at status 40 but this would have to go through at the discretion of the head of business. Presume that would be the local dealership head of business rather than Audi UK head of business??

So it sounds like if your car is looking to land in the UK but not necessarily get the green light onto transport out of the port befor 1st April, you should be on to your salesman like white on rice to make sure they push through a status 40 registration.

Hey bud, I've ordered 3 door been told around 6 month wait currently.

Saloon 12-16 weeks aparently

Dose it really take 12 days to GET to emden on the train from ingolstadt tho it left 12 days ago and has not even got to emden yet ?

I am hoping that talking about it will make the wait less painful, I'm guessing that is what you guys are doing haa? + I literally think my girlfriend will kill me if mention the word "Audi" again :p

Ordered a 5 door, sportback, black, black edition S3 auto with a few upgrades on the 19th of Jan 2016. The whole time build showed as 20th March, however status actually changed on the 16th. The wait hasn't been too long by the sounds of things above. Has genuinely felt like an eternity to me. It's only my 3rd car, and first one under a decade old!

I am in the UK and the status changed to "Your Audi has left Ingolstadt" on the 23rd of March. How much longer are we talking? 2/3 weeks?

Anyone else on the same sort of schedule to me?

I've lost count of the amount of times I've logged in to see if it's changed yet... still 27 days to go, but just want to make sure they don't start ........... 27 days early
