I've got a clicking ticking noice on idle and driving now coming from around coilpacks I think, all happend after missing 4th gear and going into 2nd doing 80-90mph. Any ideas what this might be?

If you can post a video clip with sound, of what's happening it will help with diagnosis.

Screwed the engine - something will break shortly in big style.

Just uploading a video to photo bucket. Didn't seem to drive any diffent after. I'll be going out shortly so will see how it feels
Video won't upload on photobucket any other apps? Been a drive boost up fine no other noice but ticking, little rough low revs, when idle needle jumps a little aswell.

As per the last - it's likely to be damaged and something could be loose or rattling around inside continuous use will likely result in damage.
