A4 s line dull headlights

I've a 2009 A4 sline avant , does anyone else have dull headlights , Is there anyway with vcds to adjust the headlight , I had a b7 avant about 4 years ago headlights were bright but in this b8. There not very bright
 
Xenon bulbs degrade over time and lose light output. Get some new ones. 4300k D3S.

Halogen or Xenon?
