Advice Needed

I am after some advice.
I have recently fitted some 19" rotors (from an RS3), I did originally have 18" rotors on the car.
The car is a black edition quattro black edition.
The car looks like it's on stilts. Do I need to mess around with suspension. The tyres on it are 235 35 19

Any advice would be appreciated

You need to lower it with springs but you might find that it will start rubbing due to the 235 width tyres.
 
It's an optical illusion. The 19" wheels you describe have the correct tyres and will be the same rolling radius as the 18" originals.
