New clubsport s brake disks

Just treated myself to a new set of vw clubsport s drilled front brake disks, exact replacement for oem disks at 340mm, just need to get the back ones fitted next weekend, vw don't do a matching rear set so I've scoured the tinternet and found that mtec do a similar style set for the rear they are 310mm

Look smart they do, can't understand why Audi didn't supply red retainers to go with the red calipers!

Do the clubsport s disks work with 18" wheels or only 19?

Is that not an 18" wheel in the photo? Anyhoo, as these discs are a direct replacement I can't see it being a problem...

audi upgrades
It's a 19" in the picture but clubsport s discs are same size as S3 originals so will also fit with 18" wheels.

@lenny151 if you're finding out the price from somewhere for those cover plates, would you mind please letting us know on here once you have it?

Got a price on the discs my self today mate £117 each corner, I can get a price for the cover plates tomorrow if you want?

Cover plates are £35 each
Clubsport S discs are £150 from Tps

Perfect thanks! Was thinking of painting my calipers red and the cover plates too. Was going to buy new ones and paint them if they were only about a tenner each, but at £35 each I think I'll just paint the existing ones and then buy the new ones if I need to (if I mess up the painting lol).

the colour is vw tornado red, very easy to spray

That's great thanks! Did you spray the calipers in tornado red also? Or you had the audi factory painted ones?

Just thinking because for the calipers I imagined a brush and some caliper paint would have been easier than the spray and masking everything... but then obviously it won't be a 100% match for the tornado red

Gbp117 each for the front??? That's a great price for floating disc!!! Where can I order them please?

I just sprayed the plates as I factory ordered the calipers in red, they are an exact match

Cheapest I could get them with discount was £300 from Tps for the pair

Just looked at mtec and £98 isn't to bad for a rear disc.

Do think that this combo will be up for the task @RedS3Reilly ?

audi upgrades
These look beaut. Is there any difference to OEM Audi in terms of performance or just purely cosmetic?

Either way, they look great with the all red calipers.
