ko3 to ko4 swap

Morning all, so after having a hpfp failure which sent the cam follower into the engine on my 2.0t (bul) special edition avant I have sourced a k04 turbo'd engine from a Seat Leon to replace it with. 1 issue we have found is that the DV is connected directly to the k03 turbo but on the k04 the mounting points are not there as the dv is located elsewhere. Does anyone know if there's an aftermarket dv relocation kit available for this conversion?
