Anybody had experience with this..... Racechip

Ok. Loving my facelift S3, but would be interested to see what a remap or similar update could do to it. Had previous cars remapped and the difference was well worth the money. Started looking in to this a few weeks back and found this:

Anybody know anything about them? They seem to be bigger in Germany than in the UK. Any folks on here got experience of Racechip. Also interested in how they can offer an engine warranty too.

Thoughts please folks.....

If you Google "racechip s3 reviews" there's a ton of commentary about it. From what I read it sounds like it's similar to a JB1 or JB4 except the end user can't program it, plus it's more expensive than a JB4. So why not just get a JB4?

Thanks for the info. I had a quick look at the JB4 option. I like the idea of something simple. Perhaps a REVO remap would be more straight forward! I'll keep researching this online. Thanks again.

^^ argh, I keep saying yes then no to the MTM and have already spoken to Kim..I have a ECU cage and a manual clutch...with the popularity of JB and MTM it would be hard to go past them.

(I'm too lazy even to write my own reply but having said that, MTM and a few bits of bolt-on hardware has incredible results).
