I went for tracked and had no issuesWould the option for tracked shipping heighten the likelihood of getting stung for import duty do you think?

That's awesome and mirrors what my colleague said about a similar magnetic mount. That's brilliant really as it means that you can still use your wireless charging+1
Amazing bit of kit and my Samsung S7 Edge has enough metal in it for the mount to hold it without needing to use the supplied mount pads.

Well it stays put even in S mode and giving it WOT at the traffic light GP through 1st and 2nd. Also stays put when taking roundabouts at high speed so I'm fairly happy it's planted even including high spirited driving. The worse that happens is the phone sometimes rotates slightly when pushing really hard around corners. Think of it as a poor man's G meter lol. That's awesome and mirrors what my colleague said about a similar magnetic mount. How strongly is it held without the metal plate? Hard to tell I guess as you haven't tried with it I assume?
Hahahaaaa brilliant Doesn't sound quite as solid as using the plate then, but a good compromise I'd say for keeping the wireless charging ability.Well it stays put even in S mode and giving it WOT at the traffic light GP through 1st and 2nd. Out of interest is that a bare phone or in a case?
Tax duty is ok (no charge if item is under £135 I believe) - however VAT should apply. (Although all depends what's written on the customs form on the parcel?)I'm lead to believe that if goods plus postage are over a certain value then you will be liable for duty but not sure what that value is.
Brave! HahaBare phone

They do look surprisingly discreet on a white car. Not bad at all and hopefully should make a difference.Fitted a set of official Audi mud flaps to my 8V today. I know they're not for everyone but to be honest, I think they're a lot more discreet than others and with my car being Glacier white, I think they're much less obvious than some other colours.
I haven't had it cleaned yet so don't know how effective they will be in keeping it clean(er) but I'm optimistic that it will make a worthwhile difference. Also, they should be really useful when I'm off to the alps soon and keeping all the snow and ice off the bodywork!
Thoughts please...

Had the second year service/inspection done, oil & filter and pollen filter, all booked in on the Audi online system and I will also have a stamp in an official Audi service book once they come in next week, handy if selling to a private buyer as they can see it has all been done
Cost = £220

I know it's a great price, I'd been quoted:Awesome price. around £100 less than what i paid. Where are you having it done? also, are they back dating your new service book? i would like this too but would like them to try put the services done in the past in. easy if its the same garage i guess but not sure if they are allowed to it it wanst them....
They just quoted me £314 at Unit20 for a full 2 year service on my wee 1.2 Tfsi engine ... something isn't right... maybe the reason I contacted them via Facebook Messenger?! lolI know it's a great price, I'd been quoted:
Cheshire Oaks Audi: £365
Crewe Audi: £401.19
Liverpool Audi: £439.80
Got it done via 'Unit20' in Neston, 50% less than the Liverpool Audi stealers!
Once I get the service book I'm taking it to Cheshire Oaks Audi and getting them to stamp the first service as they did it! I can't see how they can refuse to do it.
I'll send you a PM mate. They just quoted me £314 at Unit20 for a full 2 year service on my wee 1.2 Tfsi engine ... something isn't right... maybe the reason I contacted them via Facebook Messenger?! lol

Oh i think I've got you beat with OCD . I actually did it on purpose to give it a change and tell differences between the keys. Besides, the spare will rarely see light of day. They're at different heights that would drive me crazy lol

lol I did signwriting/sign fitting for 3 years so am always looking at number plates, vehicle livery etc
I was worried it would be really droney and annoy me but it's actually much better. It adds a deeper richer note to the sound.
Bonus is the DSG farts are much louder !
Also good that it's easily reversible.
Bang for buck I'm happy

Any links to where you got it from @Wood_Duck
Possibly blew the budget for the 19s on a Breitling whilst on a city tour that very conveniently just happened to stop at a gold shop.
Ohh another watch fan thought it was just me! I'm so tempted by the Omega 15,000 Gauss. The problem is, if I get it all my other watches will be redundant.
My wife doesn't know what they cost, she just says "Another watch...what for?", so I'll have to make a note somewhere so if something happens to me she doesn't sell them for what I've told her they cost lmao
Pictures don't do it justice but gives you an idea
