You need to get VCDS diagnostics on her mate and get some codes, check on here for someone local to you or buy a carista for yourself.

I had a similar issue on my A3 '07 170hp TDI. Issue turned out to be that the Turbo wasn't centralised properly - not 100% sure what that means but I am guessing that the Turbo wasn't seated in the correct position (probably after previous job at another mechanic). My mechanic did the job for 110 leva (here in Bulgaria) which is around 60 EUR.

I had been to another mechanic before that and they told me that I needed a new Turbo, which was ridiculous.

If you're not sure of what you're doing under the hood, it would be best for you to visit a mechanic which you trust. Make sure to ask for cost upfront of what the issue may be from before going to make BIG investment for something like a new turbo.

There is a proper procedure for adjusting the n75 vacuum turbo actuator on VCDS

Hi thx for your reply i hope they fixed it i tested the car on motorway speed more then 140 was ok this time no limp mode nothing hopefully they fixed im very disappointed with the local garage they talk to much but they do less work and their English sucks they told me that because my car was remapped from 141 to 181 bhp but this was on my old turbo i told the owner mate your mechanic know it wich turbo he got etc this is not an exuese anyway hopefully no more problems trust me i been so angry because losinf days of work and paying so much money man i was just about to sale the car ‍♂️♂️♂️♂️ Thx all for your advices I hope this never happened to anyone

Trick is to go in hand to the garage with your own VCDS readout, and print off the diagnosis from Ross Tech wiki, they wont be able to pull the wool over your eyes and charge you silly money to find the fault, do the guess work for them, there is a reason they are not rocket scientists.
