Difference Between Mirrors

Hey so recently my car mirror has been completely smashed off I'm currently looking to replace it but have found two aftermarket mirrors on eBay the only difference is one is for 3 door and the other for 5 door my question is. Is their and difference between the 2 versions? As the price difference seems ridiculous.

Can't really help much on difference between mirrors for 3 & 5 doors (I'd have been convinced they are the same) , but I can say that the part numbers on the paper label on the mirror in both listings are identical!
They both appear to be the same brand mirror.
Blatant profiteering by the looks of it.....
 
3d and 5d are different mate
