Oh .... and contrary to a post above .... floret looks its 'best' on cloudy / over cast days :)

It goes a real deep molten mercury silver - very moody - & looks ace ... I love walking up to it on cloudy days :sunglasses:

One thing is for sure ... Audi are producing some stunning colours atm :yes:

Another vote for Navarra from me although I was originally going for Daytona until I saw a Navarra in a showroom that was available for immediate delivery. Absolutely no regrets but as previously said a nightmare to keep clean especially at this time of year.

The first time I saw that pic of your car in the garden I loved it .... the colour is so rich & the overall look is stunning !!!!

It's funny, I just take it for granted (which I shouldn't) and it's only other folk that take good pics lol
Probably be better if the car was in the direct sun, I'll need to take some up nearer the gate next time.
The TT is just the 1.8 but it's really enjoyable to drive and no slouch either (although would live with the S3). It's just Brilliant Black but comes up really well after a wash, which they both got on Saturday but it was foggy and almost dark by the time I'd finished, therefore no pics :openmouth:

Agreed .... ours is the 2.0 litre front wheel drive & it amazes me how quick it is & even reaches over 60mph in 2nd gear !!

On a dry day, it's very rapid & usable & I often think all the power you really need tbh.

But then I get back in mine lol :)

Now that the TT is over 1000 miles I've started to "push" it a bit more.
Easily at 75+ mph in 3rd (manual) on the slip joining the motorway. Wife wasn't happy but it still had a bit to go.
Use it a lot at weekends to give mine a break from the commute.
Only thing you need to watch for is the FWD wheel spin when taking off :grimacing:

In the U.K. the standard trim is silver on S3 and black on S3 BE (body colour mirrors are no cost option on BE).

Sepang is my choice, of course, but since it's no longer available I'd definitely go with the Ara or Navarra.

Judging by the results so far 'Daytona' has it.....So not such a gamble...lol
It would be my second choice.

You offered up Daytona first in the poll so I'm going to say you want this colour subconsciously the most.

Indeed...also looks great as night falls...in fact looks its worst on bright days when it looks bright silver (but that aint no bad thing)

Floret is very nice indeed. Happy with my Navarra but Floret would be up there.

I stumbled upon this...off topic ...slightly ....but it shows how Floret looks under certain lighting conditions...although helped by some other lighting enhancements I imagine.

I'm biased because I just picked up my BE Navarra Blue S3 saloon today. I asked them not to valet it so my detailer can give it a two day thorough going over with the gtechniq coatings. Once it's done I'll get some pics up. Right now it's pretty grubby. The dealer was devastated letting it go as was...

Any photos at all? It's the BE I'm going for so although I've seen and like the BE D/G I'm still open to be changed.
 
I do but I had it delivered without valet so my detailer could sort it all out properly on Thursday and Friday. Once he's worked his magic I will get pics up although they just don't do it justice
