Hi guys looking into getting cruise control on my a3. Have seen a few companies that supply the stalk for about 150 but seen a few on breakers for around 40 does anyone know the correct part number i would need to buy thanks

Cruise/indicator stalk assembly I bought is 8P0953513
I think I read somewhere that 3 door cars up to 2007/8 need an extra wire installed for cruise to work but supposedly all Sportbacks already have it. Also, you need to make sure your steering control module has cruise control ability.

2006 will have the wires in place. You can use a dremel to cut out the hole for lower cawl to fit the stalk (there will be marking on the inside of the stalk which indicates where you can cut it out).
Takes about 25 min installation and coding
