Audi MMI Cables - Which one?

I'm trying to work out which cable I need to play music from my iphone to my car. I know I need a lighting cable, but many ads say "Not in combination with mm i 3G, 2G and can (CONCERT and symphony Radios" I would like to be able control the music through the steering wheels/centre consle controls.


Any ideas where I could get one?
 
Its the 3G Low / Basic -no little joystick on MMI wheel and has SD slots in dash (says Audi Multimedia)

I've got the same issue with my recently purchased A5, with 3G HIGH, but I think it's the same cable. Did you get this cable and where from?
