2.0 TDi From what year is the oil pump/balance shaft issue fixed ?

Hi

Really keen on a 2010 - 2011 A4 2.0 Tdi. Only thing worrying me is this known issue. Was there ever a definite fix done on new cars from a certain year where this would not cause concern. Thanks

I am reliably informed that the last of the 77mm key oil pump modules was built on 19.11.09. My car was registered Feb 2010 (presumably built sometime before) and has the revised 100mm unit fitted. From this it appears they made the change fairly quickly at the start of 2010.
