Glad to see you're going with the tfsi setup, my plates on its way as well. Did you sort out the downpipe issue yet ?
 
Thanks Creechy and I've mainly done research on the Web regarding downpipe fitment and cool and oil lines, apparently the oil lines and coolant std ones are okay, you just gotta make the coolant a little longer, and the downpipe is gonna have to be a custom, the B7 tfsi doesn't fit so I'm gonna have to make some calls and leave the car at work once it's all on

No one's got a spare OS headlight level motor laying around have they? I always wondered why my headlight was flapping around, turns out the motor ball end is broken off and is bouncing around in the actual headlight

Coming up to my ko4 conversion I need to do timing belt and clutch, I can't find that much for the clutch, especially Brad and Aragon's lt vw plate and V8 friction disc.
Anyone help?

TTV racing kit which takes the RS4 clutch is probably the way to go.

My 1z/s2 hybrid clutch has been fine at 280hp/290lbft, but mark had the same thing and it wasnt happy with the K04-064 at 350hp

I'm not sure on the fitting for the ko3 I'm on, but a 064 guru is adamant I need this fitting Aragorn and If I have it just in case I need it, but if you do have I'll nab it off you for a fee

Its the standard fitting used in both the turbo and the oil filter housing. Your K03 will already use the same piece.

Intake size on the 064 is 60mm. I was thinking a 60 to 76mm elbow and a 45 degree to the maf.
What are you doing with the Coldside outlet.
 
I've ordered a straight reducer 60/76 then a 76mm 90° ally bend for the VR6 Maff and the cold side I'm probably gonna shave a bit off and put a 90° silicone joint providing I can squeeze it over the bead

you'll need a TT/S3 MAF (Or S4 etc), not a VR6 one if your going ME7.
you'll need the wideband lambda sensor
boost sensor and housing
 
Oh yeah I know about that and the obvious coil packs but in order to fully me7 this car is just want a complete list of what to buy so I can install it over the space of a weekend, I've managed to get a Base map file from a pal who can install it on a de immo AWT

If anyone is thinking of buying these, the fitment is a little issue, I've got gaps either side of the wing, one more than the other, but because I installed HIDs with the headlights there's a little open space under the headlights where any small ballast can fit so it was easier, and like the pics you don't have to remove the bumper to fit new lights

Once I installed them I noticed straight away that the kick was on the wrong way, so it was aiming towards oncoming traffic, but luckily you can switch them, once installed and I was happy with the fitment (as good as it's gonna get considering a gap near the wings)
I chucked it on the MOT ramp and leveled them, as first they was both pointing toward the floor, a bit of adjustment needed, but all good now and the difference between Standard fitment bulbs and HIDS are literally night and day but we'll see
