help need a petrol tank for 1.8tsport aum ko3s

Every scrap yard I ring say the pubcture the tanks on arrival for health and safety? Have tried fixing twice with quicksteel plastic tank repair and other epoxy putty products but still dripping when pressureised. Anyone point me in the right direction? Dont really want to spend £400 on a new tank from audi. Cheers

Try looking in the classifieds, eBay or facebook groups...

Place a wanted ad in the classifieds as someone may have one kicking about from breaking a car (no for sale or wanted ads allowed in the main sections)

If anyone has one to offer the OP then please do so via PM

Convert it to 4WD I have a whole rear end for you (shameless seller)

In theory you could fit the 4WD tank with an intank pump? Mounting wise it would be the same, just with a big loop in the middle? or is something obstructing it?
