Let's keep it below £100. Can be anything you have done. Price not including labour and yes I'm going to steal your ideas.

We talking performance, handling, cosmetic? the word mod is quite open ended...

Performance wise... best single mod for around 100 quid is a Badger5 TIP (currently £115 on his website)... makes even std tune cars feel quicker...

Handling wise bushes for the front arms... typically poly for the front bush and TT solids for the rear bush of the arm...

Cosmetic wise... well... I have already posted that ;)

Ramair filter and heatshield on ebay for £84.99
Silicone TIP ebay again £74.00

Some good shouts there mate! I have already poly bushed mine, dog bone included! The TIP is now on the list

One of my favourite bang for buck mods on my a3 was swapping the rear anti roll bar a R32 ARB, made the car feel a lot more planted in the corners (r32 bar was polybushed as well which might have made the effect more obvious)

JML bobble off. £6 off eBay and removes the bobbles from the alcantara seats. Best £6 I ever spent and makes the seats look like new.

I managed to get a set of 20mm wheel spacers and the bolts for under £100 I'm chuffed with the improved handling.

Perhaps not everyone's cup of tea but android rear view mirror. £126 on amazon so over the £100 mark. However, has in built dash cam and sat nav and can be put on standby if not required. Powers up and down with ignition. Cheaper versions that strap on your existing mirror available but they need to be powered through cigarette lighter and are huge. Loving mine so far.

I use a separate dash cam in my daily but this sounds like an awesome solution.
Mine is plugged into the cigarette lighter and have to route the cable strategically

Trailing arm poly bushes.
R32 rear arb - May break £100 tho esp with poly bushes.
Coil pack wiring loom and Tfsi cover.
Might seem like a stupid question but mk4 or mk5 r32? Also the coil pack and wiring loom make much difference mate?

It is a stupid question. Mk4.
If you've never checked the integrity of your coilpack loom then I'd bet it would benefit from replacement. Don't expect HP, but expect some trouble free smoother running.

Cool. I'll save up to make the changes. Thanks!

Yep 80mm tip, best mod I recon, with or without a cone filter.
