I've noticed some wind noise on my Avant from around the top of the drivers window area. I don't think its coming from the roof rails and it only seems to be from the drivers window.

I can't see anything obviously wrong with the seals or the way they sit and it all looks the same as the passenger side.
Is there any adjustment on the window or its frame?
With old cars it was just a case of winding the window down and bending the frame slightly to put more pressure on the seals, but modern cars are more robust than that.

Window frame is detachable.

Have you tied to open the window, during driving to pressure upper part of window frame and see if wind blow goes away? LOL

There should be adjustment somewhere on the hinge and/or lock latch.

Read somewhere that you could insert a rubber tube inside the seal to cushion slamming doors. This could stiffen the seal and give more resistance on the door for any gaps also (just the theory).
