Hello All and HAPPY NEW YEAR !!

Hello everybody,
Its been a while but as we all know life does and will get in the way of a hobby from time to time.
Any way... I have seen a few new names on the posts list so thought i would say Hello again. I used to have an 8L S3 but sadly that was killed buy a stupid woman in a BMW. I now have a B5 RS4 that works as both a family car and a fun car as and when i can.
I live in Rotherham South Yorkshire . A while back myself and other members used to have meet ups and either have a drive out or just meet up and chew the fat about cars for a while maybe at a nice pub.
Personally i would love to see these meets ups/drives out make a come back this year. I dont mind traveling to meets as driving the car is the reason for having it right??
If anybody feels they would like to take part in this kind of meet up feel free to post up or let me know... I know its cold out right now but hopefully the sun set times are heading in the right direction now .

Very nice mate, Avus silver same as my B7 RS4.
A B5 RS4 is on my bucket list to buy one day, hopefully.

I do have a massive soft spot for the B7 but this was an itch that the wife knew i needed to scratch. I would like to put my own mark on it but at the moment life is keeping me busy and poor , Over time if i keep this car it will be like my S3 was... the car i think Audi should have built.
Wheels would be first on my list but the ones i like do not seem to come cheap.

@S3 Paul paul, happy new year to you. Is their a particular dealership you would like to visit, if so, let me know where and I will try work some magic to get for you.

Harrogate will be coming up soon as their refit is finished, I be doing a meet at Huddersfield in the next few months also. So if you have any options I will work on those for you. It will have to be April at earliest as the dealerships are busy with new registrations in march. Look forward to hearing from you.

Regarding Dealer meets, That would be great, The two i managed to go to before were spot on. I will start a thread regarding where people are and where they are happy to travel to. If i was to pick a dealership it might not be the most central for people in the group.

Paul work out where is closest for those members around you and we work from there. It's all about everyone enjoying something close to them.

Harrogate have agreed to a dealership meet when their refit at the dealership is complete and after new registrations. It be April time.
