Is this door part easy to remove?

Mine is sprayed the same colour as the car, but all others seem to be black.

Doorbuttom


It looks like on a few cars it can just be removed and replaced?
but i tried door panel, door rubber ect and cant seem to find that the part is?

any help?

thanks, i called audi and gave me a part number off

8L3853992, they also said the S3 and A3 are diff, due to the skirt on a s3

google 8l3853992, only brings up 5 pages in the eu, so going to be hard to cheaper than £250 from audi
 
Were these black from the factory? I'm guessing the rear bumper insert is a matching colour but the ones I've seen are always a greyish colour
 
they are black as far as i know, but someone sprayed it to match car
and my rear is same

yes they are easy to remove, just remove the visible screws, and gently pull towards you, they are held in by clips, which (tend to break if you are not careful) mostly due to age, the door blade slides so dont try to pull that one.
