Hi Guys,

Fairly new on here but got my baby last year brand new. She is Mugello Blue which was an exclusive colour.

I am looking to add some styling into the car for fun and to make it look a bit more aggressive.

I am thinking along the lines of painting a few parts like the mini boot spoiler, mirrors, rims in (matt or glossy) black and then the break calipers to red.

Any ideas or suggestions from anyone?

That's a lovely colour, really like it. You could swap out the grille for an RS3 one maybe?

Yea i was thinking that, however due to the active cruise control camera being at the bottom it needs a opening i think for it to work. So maybe paint the grill black? :)

Only doubt i have is if the black would look too dark next the blue body colour on the car

I agree. IMHO the darker cars suit the chrome fittings to break it up a bit.
Nice car. How does your colour compare with Navarra in the flesh?

That is one of the reasons why i posted it here so maybe to see if anyone else has had black styling in there car, as on google it does still look nice black with blue. i.e like below

I think the only difference with the Navarra is navarra has a bit of purple highlights in it and is a lighter shade of blue than the mugello. On a sunny day mugello really does stand out.
However now i am starting to think maybe i would have preferred a light shade of blue paint as mugello can be dark at night and on gloomy days.

...I don't think those are feasible i wouldn't do any modifications that cant be reversed lol

@Rumpelkillskins - Ill let you try that first !

@vacant Even with the adaptive suspension the rides hard on the 19" wont even think of dropping it any further!!

How about wrapping it in Daytona, that way it will look more standard and blend in....

On that note just got my baby back from her first ever service at 10000 and she looks stunning!! even though audi charged me £387 where all they did was oil change and top up haldex oil. :sign omg:

How about carbon wrapping the spoiler / mirrors ? That way it's not permanent, so you can easily change it again.

Don't go black. You can get an RS3 grill allowing for the adaptive cruise.

I did have a look but couldn't spot any online with the opening. + cost wise it would be a lot cheaper to just do carbon or black coating on the existing grill?

They do have it, as you spec the RS3 with or without adaptive cruise. If you tick it, you lose the Quattro badge in the grille and gain the adaptive eye.

If I were you I'd be keeping an eye out for a used one on eBay, they do pop up.

I 110% wouldn't go Carbon, it would cheapen the look of the car. Like most have said your car looks stunning and really doesn't need enhancing. I think we are all just finding things for the sake of it, as it looks great as is. What I would agree to is a lowering kit, an extra 15mm drop for what would cost around £200 and it is warranty approved if you have it done through Audi.

I do agree it looks nice as it is just want to make it a bit more stealthy like having a black styling package on the car. Ill keep an eye on ebay see if it comes up.

Ill do a few photoshop edits and put it up and see what people think!

Lovely car mate.

I love mine in sepang blue with the black pack but as your is a darker blue I think the chrome trim looks great!

Agree with others against the carbon look, the RS3 grill however would look great and something I've considered.

Enjoy your motor.

If you're in the states, I have an extra RS3 front bumper for sale (one of the groupbuy members flaked).
