What's the mileage for a first cambelt change? My 2014 has 50k at the moment.

Thanks

What engine do you have? Only the diesels and small petrol engines have belts and they should be 5 years or 120k now. Most people get to the time mark before distance

Is the S3 chain driven then? I thought it had a belt...

Most manufacturers seem to give out confusing and contradictory information about recommended cambelt changes – and then they keep changing it. :sly: When I spoke to Bath Audi a couple of years ago they told me that the official Audi “suggestion” changed in May 2014. It is now whichever comes first of 5-years or the mileage recommendation in the handbook. In my handbook it states 133,000 miles for the 2.0 TDI and 114,000 for the 2.0 TFSI
