This is still in the Beta stage but it does work

Create an account and then use your order number and post code and it adds your order to your account. Then click a link on there to show your cars build status

Edit as of 280515 - Just to make people aware. Some of my options were not listed in the spec section. So ALWAYS, if in doubt about anything in relation to your Audi order, speak to your supplying Dealer. Don't forget yourAudi is still in beta mode
 
I'm not having much luck, Keeps saying my details dont match. I ordered my car just a week ago so maybe its not on there yet.
 
Audi have sent me an update Order number and it works :)
 
Hi guys, ordered my A5 B/A/P, have logged in and found my car getting constructed on the 15th June, what I want to no is how long does it take from construction to arrival.

Awesome. How long a go did you place the order. Mine is due to be constructed in July. Audi informed me it's around 4 weeks after construction to delivery.
 
Hi Jonse, about two weeks ago, I think it should be ready at the end of the month, fingers crossed, the sooner the better.

Just to say it does work and mine is showing its being sorted for parts with next stage being panel shop. I am advised they will email me updates but tbh I keep going back to dip in as the wait is killing me.
 
Hi that's my A5 finished at the paint shop, now at the assembly point, not long now
 
I have 2 orders at the moment one for myself (S5) and one for a business lease for a colleague (A3) and unfortunately none are working. Tried my postcode, work postcode and dealer postcode just in case and the first time it said no record then just keeps coming up saying service temporarily unavailable.
I only ordered the S5 about 2 weeks ago and the A3 last week, could it be they aren't showing yet? Although dealer has confirmed BW 45 for mine and 37 for the A3. So I am assuming end November for mine and end September for the A3 does that sound about right with those BW's?
 
Last night I checked all my details on the yourAudi account matched the order and amended where necessary and tried to track just now and it works! Showing BW 45 as dealer said so November 2nd which I guess will mean end November/early December collection. Here's to hoping it is going to be brought forward by 1 month!
 
posted this earlier in the wrong place.

Just put in my order number in to the tracker this morning and got a nice surprise. My car was to go in production week 31 but it is in assembly now. Bad news is that they seem to have the wrong wheels in the assembly list and no sign of my additional items (keyless entry, lighting update, damper control etc) is this common or is the item list I am seeing correct. In the assembly video that are making me a R8, which makes me think and hope, that the facts maybe incorrect.

Can anyone cast some light on this for me. I will be in contact with Edinburgh Audi in the morning to get to the bottom of this. Hopefully it is just a list of all the "normal as built parts"

Hi there, i've seen the same for mine, i contacted Audi and they confirmed for me that all my options are included. They couldn't comment on the tracker as they didn't have a clue it even existed.

I thought that would be the case. I laughed when the video said they assembling my R8. I explained that I was getting a A5 to my wife. I'll still call Audi re the wheels though.
What are you waiting for?

Just checked mine again and its slipped a week to BW 46, so it could be December for collection now :grumpy:
 
As expected, the BETA site does not have all your options captured. It just list the common items. Edinburgh Audi have confirmed that I am getting the wheels I ordered. So all fine in my world only 3-4 weeks to go. Happy days.

It has been worthwhile asking the question and a lesson learned. Being a BETA site the information will show some anomalies.

Yeah as long as my order form from the dealer lists the correct options that's fine. He gave me the config code too which I checked and it said Coupe not SB so I immediately queried it and he checked it which worried him but after checking the actual order it was showing as an SB!
 
When logging in it doesnt give any timescales or week build number...is that normal?
 
After logging in did you click the bit that says to see what stage your car is at click here? Should then take you to a welcome screen and date on that.

Can see the stage the car is at but no date.

Spoke with the dealers yesterday and they told me its Bw 33 - that's next week right?
 
that's odd, although yes I think next week is week 33 so if that's the case I guess you are looking at early to middle of September.
 
Hi posted this earlier but probably was in the wrong place!

Just to say hi and looking for a bit advice. I ordered my Black edition plus in Sepang blue 4 weeks ago and was given a build week of 24th August. I then had an e-mail from the dealer saying the build had been pulled forward 1 week to the 17th August, which I was very happy about. Ive been on the tracker everyday and it used to have the message 'Your A5 coupe will begin production on the 24th August' but today when I checked its now moved on to 'Your A5 coupe is coming together' and 'Your A5 coupe has joined the production line'. I spoke with the dealer about this and he said the build week has actually moved back to the 24th August?

I'm just wondering if anyone else has had the same kind of experience and what the outcome was. The wait is killing me lol
 
My car just jumped from preparation all the way up to quality control...

Literally checked it yesterday!

Is that normal / reliable??
 
Although the specification may incorrect, I would believe the production flow. Check everyday you will be surprised at the speed of the production processes even with the transportation stages. My car has flown through. In fact it has arrived in Edinburgh. Now do I get it now or wait for the 65 plate?

Got an e-mail and picture of my car saying it had arrived at Edinbugh Audi. Was surprised to see that it was sitting out in the open without any white plastic protecting like the car behind it. There is a lot of birds and bad weather about between now and September :bye:

Yeah I agree with you. I would expect it to be covered. I've just had a video sent to me of my car and it's still got all the white protection film on it.
 
Yeh!!!! got it working. I just need to stop looking at it every day now
 
Got a call mine is ready to collect a week today but due to being on hols it will have to wait till a week sat.
Cannot wait to get it now ,,,,
 
Hey guys!

First time posting here. I'm from Sweden.

I've ordered a brand new spanking A5 Sportback, (orderdate: 31st of May 2016), i got the preliminary build week of 27.
Week 27 came (well it's ended today), and I contacted my dealer, he said it had been postponed in production until week 37
TEN WHOLE WEEKS? What the heck?... Any other of you who ordered an A5 that got their build date postponed?
Couldn't get any explanation from the dealer either...

I managed to get the dealer to switch build weeks with one of their showroom cars, so mine could be built 5 weeks earlier (w33)... But still, feels like I've waited an eternety already!

Anyways, my order doesn't show up on the given link, but I guess it's not surprising since I've ordered from the swedish branch of audi...
 
ok so i ordered a A1 through LEX Autolease 06/09 -2016 -i have the 8 digit order number the name of the company "Lex Autolease ltd" and their post code
portal says that the order doesn't match their records .Dealer cant help , neither can Audi uk
i need to know if it is because it is a lease car??
I know this isn't the A1 forum but I need to open the question up to more people.
 
Use your own post code and it should work. Had same issue with s5 but using my own post code worked.
