I've just put a deposit down on a 2nd hand 2008 Audi A4 2.0 TFSI S-Line Quattro to brighten up my daily commute. My Astra 1.9 CDTI SRi (150) is getting a little old/skittish on the frosty roads and I'm not too keen on putting my 4 weeks old son in the back.
Having read quite a few posts, including the excellent discussion on oil volatility when used in a TFSI engine and the tales of excessive oil consumption and proving it to Audi, I felt quite confident on the forecourt looking over a few variations of the petrol engined Audis.
I've picked up a few of the common problems to look out for through general internet perusal, but I was wondering if there is a definitive (subjective) list and what one should do first to get the best out of the new jalopy.
