Just wondering what you guys would reccomend?

Cars just hit 85k and is still on all the originals, ride seems much harsher even compared to when i got it at 60k and all the other usual suspension components have been replaced in the time ive owned it.

Car coudl also do with being lower as its on 18's - its a sport so isnt that bad but would like it maybe a little lower.

I do alot of motorway driving so dont really want the car to eat tyres or shatter my teeth(anymore than it does now anyway)

suggestions please

Hmm, dont think coilovers are needed really, what is the standard sport suspension lowered by?

Possibly jsut get a set of lowered shocks n springs

Sport is -25mm I believe.

The Eibach Pro-Kit springs I've got made hardly any difference to the ride height, but are stiffer than standard.

If was changing mine again i'd get Koni FSD's and H & R springs.

Got Eibach Dampers with H & R -35mm springs at the moment. Huge improvement over stock but the Eibachs aren't great but i got them stupidly cheap so couldn't argue.

As the sport suspension is already -25mm, -35mm will only lower a further 10mm. If your springs are anything like mine were at 85k, they'll have sagged the extra 10mm so going for 'lowering' springs won't actually lower the car; you'll need -50mm springs for this.

Don't go too low though or the front ARB will hit the drive shaft.

.

Know what you mean one of my front springs snapped so had to get 2 new ones on the front, now the front sits alot higher than it used to, looking slightly daft as the rear, well doesnt.

Hence another reason for the change lol

I went for the koni kit and like it a lot.

i have bistein pss9 coilovers and they're pretty stiff...if stiffness is an issue, i eouldn't recommende them...
