Yeh I reckon so boaby, I am Slough audi too, so I reckon they'll arrive together!

It really does vary keenu, mine has suddenly sped up, however it can always slow right down again with the shipping and getting it from the port in the uk

The status numbers are more accurate than the general descriptions on yourAudi in my experience

Cool, I think mine is at 24 and next stage is 30 then which is transit. :)

Same date mine was scheduled to start. Just been told by lease company that dealer are waiting for it to be delivered and that can take 10 days ***!!!
 
Spoke to lease company today, they said they haven't heard anything yet from Audi. Spoke to Audi uk and my cars at the dealership. Collection next week hopefully :)
 
It's all worth it in the end, the status is good mine just seemed to stop updating.
 
First post;
Ordered on Thursday, got my order number the next day but doesn't work on the yourAudi tracking site yet. See what the sales guy says on Monday, I've a feeling they've maybe moved me into an existing slot they had, and the postcode is maybe different still. Anyways, they told me it's down as build week 3. Hoping to get it registered on 1st March for a new 17 plate. Told them I'll be waiting outside that morning in my sleeping bag, like one of those nutters at a Next Boxing Day sale! :yahoo:

Today's the day! I finally pick up my new S3 this morning after a 3 month wait.

Had a test drive in one a few weeks ago, awesome machine, the sound that exhaust makes up and down the gears. Have fun!

Congrats on your order too.
It's quite normal for it to take around a week to appear on yourAudi.
Then you can get into the obsessive world of tapping into your build status and trying to track ships like the rest of us :laughing:

Order Status now at 30 with progress Status changed to 24 even though it has tomorrow's date on it.

It's also changed to a black edition again so I definitely think it's a good guide but never 100%. Fingers crossed it gets put on a ship this week.

lol could be worse, I've got a baby coming that was due 26th Nov. If nothing happens then we're getting induced on Thursday so same day as yours starts labour ;) ha ha

Haha brilliant! I need the car by the first week of Jan as I'm using a company pool car at the moment and it goes back 2nd week in Jan!

Can't wait to get mine! I drove the PFL and the dsg farts on the upshifts where so addictive I can only imagine the pops and farts off of the FL wil be even better and more addictive!
 
So boaby, are we at status 30 or 24? Are our cars on their way to port? Or waiting to be sent up?

Over 3 weeks ago, with the dealer telling me I'll either be lucky and get a Jan build date or it'll be March.

Think I'll give them a call, no way I'm waiting til May for a car!
 
March sounds about right, May seems far too long!

Error on the system my dealer said, they are correcting it and pushing a week 2 build :)

Still at Status 40 and have been since 29/11. Spoke with Audi UK who said that it's in the country and that a transport order had been raised. So here's hoping it's not too much longer.
Current car being collected tomorrow so have just collected a hire car (Astra 1.6 ☹️) which I have until the 16th. The S3 better be here by then!

Rich never left status 40!! had the car since Saturday I think, so think you should easily have it by 16th.

I have a hire car booked for from 15th to 24th, so hoping for 28th, 29th or 30th collection so I have the car for New Years Eve otherwise we'll be going down to the coast on the train :(

Still in Quality control, going by previous statuses posted we should change no later than thursday to Status 30. Some have been next day so again here so hopingwe change tomorrow so we can start tracking ships

Ordered mine end of October and highlighted end of February build date! Hoping it will move forward would be minimum 5 month wait if so.
 
Anyone else had an email from Telstra during their build process? I have had an email about a 3g Pre paid account and activation is underway. I have ordered this, so I am thinking it is something to do with the Audi Connect?

I've got Audi Connect but never rec iced any emails from a third party.
 
Hmmmmmm bit of a weird one! Got sim details, pukka code pin number the lot!!
