I did an internet search on Adjustable Rear Tie Arms for an Audi S3 2003 8L and one of the links I found led me to this forum.

In the link it mentions a member Dave ??? who manufactures and sells adjustable stainless Rear Tie arms.

Can anyone possibly helping me finding Dave or possibly have an e-mail address for him.

If any other members have had experience with any particular brands of Adjustable Rear Tie Arms your input would be greatly appreciated

Many thanks
Sid

I am afraid Dave is no longer with us...

There are plenty of threads discussing the virtues of various tie bar setups but a google for 'cookbot' will point you in the right direction for some affordable and well made arms

Good link ... But , Bushes , original or poly bushes , if you just want the camber 'right' .. what ever than may be ... then retain the original bushes for comfort / less vibration ?

Poly bushes in adjustable tie bars make little difference to ride quality

You can get silver project rear tie arms for under £100 few people use them on here and I have some on order

They look great however on a road and more so a track car rear tie arms are subject to some serious forces. Do you have any idea from what material the Silver project tie arms are manufactured from and if they use an M12 or M16 adjusters ?

Could not tell you, but I've not heard or read of any breaking

''not heard or read of any breaking'' >>Is that the same as the parachute returns department ?

Road use is actually far harsher than the track , one of the important questions , when having a motorcycle frame made was/is , Is this for road or track use ? as the track one was half the thickness and fell apart if used on the road over a protracted time .... 4 adults + bags = serious G forces :)

Before I ordered mine I went thru forums reading if people had problems with them as they are cheap.I did fine threads of adjustable arms breaking but non of the silver project ones
