DPF Question

Spent a while with the search but not found anything to answer my question which is:

Can a DPF delete be reversed?

Quite curious as a DPF delete is illegal and I'm not sure whether my car (A4 B7 170) has had it's DPF deleted or not.

If the DPF has been gutted and the car remapped then purchasing a good DPF and getting the car remapped again to enable the DPF will restore it to original. Why do you think your DPF has been deleted ?.

Thanks for the reply, found out today that it hasn't been removed.

because hes not getting any problems with it? lol, sorry i`m having issues with mine and am about to get it deleted...

Well, it does smell ****** horrible, but that's it!
Not bad for 186K miles to be fair.
