Yes mate! Gonna sort some led reverse lights first... Trying to restrict myself to 2 mods a month Front ones deffo doing heard it's not really doable on the rear doors as my is sportback

I got the lights for my doors, went for the ones that project the Audi logo on the ground! Not just have to figure out how they fit need to get my reverse lights done too. Changed my front indicators to leds a while back, looks so much better!

Hello,

I'm thinking of changing the rear lights. Is LED tail lights with the model 2016 will fit and work in version 2015? In the 2016 model rear dynamic rear indicators of what I really care about.

Does anyone of you is able to help me?

Possible but not plug and play.

thank you for sharing all your mods it was a plesaure to watch them ll and cant wait till i pick up my car and do them however i need to know which bulbs to get, , please can you kindly confirm all the bulbs used your each mod
eg
rear dome - xxxx
front dome - xxxx
glove box - xxxx
vanity - xxxx
rear led reverse light - xxxx

No worries!
Not sure whether bulbs are the same for the different trim levels s-line, sport, se...mines a s line and these are the bulbs it uses:
Rear & front dome, glove box: 501 T10 smd led
Reverse bulb: BAx9s smd led
Vanity: 36mm smd led
All these bulbs are canbus type, which don't bring up errors and don't stay on dim when off, which is what the cheaper non canbus ones do...
Best bet to make sure you get good quality would be to get hold of a seller on here called @t8ups who sells all those bulbs with high quality!

thank you for taking the time to reply and will help many who also see this post.
i get getting a s3 so not sure if the bulbs will be the same more than likely they should be.
All this time when i see sellers saying non-canbus bulbs i thought they were the bulbs to buy that doesnt throw up error codes and warning lights in the dash

On the FL S3 without matrix lights, is there coding to get the dynamic front indicators or it more likely to be a hardware thing?
 
Hey can you hook me up with the rear lights to be on with dlrl's im in west London

For the sake of your paintwork, this is a bad way to remove badges... I swore at my screen as he filmed his trip to Halfords from the driving seat, with his phone. I winced when I saw him drag all that grit and grime under the badge with that trim tool. I laughed my **** off when he tried to be in his own gangster rap video, shirt opened to waste, dance moves on show, DJ khazi on the deck...

Installed my new 6500k D3S bulbs...

Great vid Tim....Got to commend your enthusiasm for all the modding you have done to both your 8v A3 and your old 8p ...:friends:

Another very subtle but effective mod I'd recommend is changing the front indicator bulbs to LED. I did it about 2 years ago and love it! Not only does it flash brighter making you more visible on the road, but when not in use they don't give off that orange glow that the glass on normal orange bulbs would!

Really bright mate! I spend a lot of money on those bulbs I got for mine though, from memory they were about £10/12 each and has Samsung components in them. Must be in 2.5 years and they haven't given a problem yet
