Looks awesome. A5 definitely the best looking Audi imo.

A chrome delete and it would look even cleaner!

Is it easy to swap the rear bumper to S-line?

I have a standard a5 and want the S-line rear bumper as its easy to find diffusers for that one so im guessing its just a straight swap? does the facelift fit my 2011 or would I need one for my model year?

Thank you. The youtube car is not me i can say. This is a other guy that i also know. He's from germany. I think you mention him. A5 3.0TDI, RED, RS build?

I have a facelift s-line rear bumper and it fits 100% on my pre-facelift car. (I also had a standard rear bumper)

You just must look that it is from a same chassis. The A5 coupe can also fit a A5 cabrio rear bumper. The coupe on the other hand won't fit a sportback rear bumper.

Keep in mind that a s-line rear bumper is needed to fit most of the diffusers on the internet.

Update :

I have removed the turbo for a bigger upgrade. It is still gonna be the same turbo (2260VK) but with some modifications on it. (Hybrid)

I have sent the turbo last week to the company tditurbos so they can do all the magic on it.

The magic :

New CHRA installed with AMG GT23 twin ring turbine wheel with extra cutback.
Stagger gap piston ring seal + all new internals.
65mm - 6 billet compressor wheel with 69mm extended tips.
Machined to VNT shroud, compressor housing and backplate. VSR balanced and flow set calibrated.

I expect the turbo to be back next week so i can install it, and test it.

More to come you can gues... :relaxed:

Update :

Today i received the new MAF sensor. It's from a BiTdi much bigger than the original one i can say. (90mm) I had to buy a silicon from 90mm to 75mm for my intake otherwise it won't fit!

For the people that want to know why the BiTdi MAF sensor? It is handy to see how much air the engine is flowing. With the standard MAF it get maxed out on a stage 1 tuning.

Also the 4 bar mapsensor arrived.

Update :

The turbo arrived in good condition this week.

We have installed it together with some heat wrap on the downpipe.

Also installed the BiTdi maf sensor what is plug & play on the OEM airbox so that's a positive.

Soon i go for the dyno run, and see what we can get out of this monster setup.

Also must say at the moment there is some turbo lag because everything is bigger. I expect in de software tuning we can get this to a minimum.

To be continued...

@BRO-Performance I am not surprised it's laggy if you have fitted the Bi-Tdi MAF as well without mapping it. The fuelling especially the smoke control relies a lot on the MAF reading . As you have fitted the Bi-Tdi MAF without recalibrating the MAF in the ECU it will be under reading a lot.
Put the original MAF back on and I think you will find the response will be much better. An uncalibrated Bi-Tdi MAF will show an airflow reading about 30% lower than a standard MAF. Anybody that's driven a diesel with a failing MAF will know how gutless they can feel.

I know this is an old thread but did you ever get the MAF tuning sorted? I'm considering adding it to my TDI.
