Had my S3 FL less than a week ****** screw in the tyre so need to change it and can't even claim under warranty :disrelieved:

So looked up black circle and they have 2 tyres that match

Potenza S001
Turanza T001

Anyone have an idea which one?

What does it say on the walls of your existing tyres? You have Bridgestone, you just need to determine which model.

The model number is correct but the website has 2 tyres that have the same model number

Are you confusing size information with model number? (225/40 R18 Y, this is the sizing and speed rating information)

Your current tyres will either have Potenza or Turanza on them, buy whichever you currently have.

That's my question in the thread ;)

I know the model number is correct but I have no idea if it's Potenza or turAnza that's what I'm asking people. :)

Surely is will say on the wall of the tyre....

My facelift s3 has hankooks, why they different?

This is photo of my tyre. can't see anything other than make and model

If it doesnt say on tyre. Check the treads on tyres as the two in the pic are not similar... or just get the better one on fuel eco :-D

My guess is the Potenza

On the side wall is also written AO, so to match the tyres then neither of those shown is the right one.

This one is probably the right one.

Mine are marked Turanza T005. Are these re-branded T001s for the original Audi fitting ?
I was advised by a tyre fitter (who fit tyres for BC) to avoid as some of their stock was questionable. The fitters are not allowed to fit tyres they have on stock and have to wait for BC to supply ordered items. You can usually source cheaper locally. S001 92s are £90.99 at Kwik fit if you buy on line and can be bothered to go through all the rigmoroll.

OP - It'll state potenza s001 or turanza t001 on the sidewall.

Stick to the OE fitment and keep all 4 matching.

Turns out it's a Turanza T005 which you cannot get anywhere in the uk (only in Poland where it's made)

I assume audi dealerships here are the only ones that stock them so I guess I'm going to have to take to audi. I could change it for a similar one but as it's a lease car I want to give it back as I got it with 4 of the same tires
