A4 S Line Insurance 25%+ Engine Remap/Chipped Mods - Who yours with?

My Insurance is up for renewal in a month and just doing some quotes on how much it will cost to declare an engine mod. On my past car it was only around £40- £50 increase in premium.

Shock/Horror today it's £257 extra !!

AA standard is £291 - LV with the modification is £548

Going to try A Fluz, C knotts later.

So does anyone know any more insurance companies who offer better deals?

Thanks, will try these for a quote this week.
Just don't understand what spooked the insurance companies to cause the spike in prices.
