Oh the old Renault Alpine whatever happened for them to stop making cars like that? But what a terrible thing to suggest, oh the shame................ a french car,
I've never had one in over fifty years of motoring............. couldn't start now. Although there is one.

So l take it they didn't change the front grill surround?.... Looks great anyways enjoyView attachment 104885 My car was in with Enigma in Ashford today, fitted rs3 style grill, revo stage 1 remap and the revo carbon intake. Was expecting a difference but amazed at the difference in power, delivery and sound! Chuffed to bits to say the least!
When you learn what most of the wiring in your car does by doing the B&O retrofit.
Deconstructing a loom with B&O installed to use it on my car, a bargain at only £150 with other extras I can use the wiring for

It's not too bad, Stripping 30 odd cables out of the loom to reuse in my car, it will be a carpet out job but that's fine I'll just follow the instructions on Elsawin and take my time. It's amazing what you can learn from the loom and connectors when it's out of the car though, very logically laid out.
I wish you the very best of luck...................my missus would go absolutely mental if I trailed that lot through the house!! lol
Waiting for your feelings then!Well it wasn't today but Tuesday I have Revo stage 2 low boost software installed but set to stock mode until I fit my de-cat.
Looking forward to seeing how it performs and what the results are.
Now that's commitment, and a textbook lesson why you should buy the right stereo in the first place...When you learn what most of the wiring in your car does by doing the B&O retrofit.

Unfortunately I didn't buy my car brand new so didn't have that option besides where's the fun in that? It's good to have something on the go to keep the old Grey matter goingNow that's commitment, and a textbook lesson why you should buy the right stereo in the first place...
It even looks like it'd be less grief to just buy a car with B&O already in it, but it's a commendable effort none the less.
Little addition in preparation for tomorrow, not sure how long they'll stay on though :-

Drove the ****** thing again for the first time in 4 months since it was stolen & subsequently found & repaired.
Not a day too soon, I was beginning to bond with the Peugeot 1.6 diesel courtesy car.
Oh Man!.....Can't wait for the dyno vid Rob!Had the Milltek sport cat downpipe fitted and Revo stage 2, not driven it very far yet but definitely fills the mid range gaps that stage 1 has and pulls like a train. Very impressed with the Milltek DP too, glad that cabin noise and refinement have not suffered. Looking forward to getting the Revo intercooler fitted next week for full effect and what should be 400bhp+ :-

What a pocket rocket it's going to be.....Will have to race you when I get my RS3 saloon....
Should surprise a few people at the light....lolAbsolutely mate it should be immense. I can't see me parting with an extra £25k+ to change for an RS3 so I'm having some fun with it - it's completely transformed compared to when it left the showroom, best part of it is that it looks and sounds (pretty much) like a standard S3.

@Rob2k68 ... Would love to hear what you tell the Mrs with all them mods ... it must be similar to what my Mrs says to me about new clothes... she thinks I was born yesterday.. " oh.. that old thing... had it ages u must have seen it before" .... Rob I can hear you now... "quicker, louder, oh no...its always been like that".... ha ha no jokes @Simon L
LoL I have to get creative sometimes mate I have to admit. The 'store room' which is the garage loft is getting fuller of original parts which of course are from other cars or bits I bought to sell on - bit of a Dell boy thing going on !!

Probably why I've never got into modding...........I'd never be satisfied with it
