A4 1.8 SE

Hi guys,

I'm an owner of a X-reg 1.8 SE in Silver.

I thought i'd start posting up on the forum to share any updates and experiences I've had with the car.

I purchase the 1.8 SE around December 2013 with 85,000 miles on the clock, very little service history, original paint except for the front driver side wing.

1st thing i always do when i purchase a car is service and timing belt change, using genuine parts.

Over the last years or so i've spent a fair bit of money on it including:

1. Lowered on 45mm springs
2. New discs and pads all round including ABS ring
3. x4 New tyres - Dunlop SP Sport
4. Fitted Isofix bracket for child seat
5. Replaced wiper mechanism

I'll post up some images shortly. I have part numbers and advice i can post up here for the isofix installation and wiper mechanism replacement (this was a pain).

I do have some minor issues with the car, i hope to get some advice from you all.

Thank you, i agree the back is small when you have to consider a baby seat plus all the other stuff that we have to carry around on trips.
