I can't get it to quote posts on my phone, but in response to the above...

I'm sure yours will change tonight! Mine would logically go into Grimsby as I ordered in Coventry but you never know, it might decide to take the scenic route through Scotland!

Mine's is going to South Coast so I imagine it will be on Sheerness boat Frisia on 1at October

Bravo... dealer has finished with mine now, its ready to go, just waiting on Elite Car care to do the detailing on it and hopefully I can pick it up next week.

There were delays for virtual cockpit and matrix LED's, but they've now cleared. Some cars here have been going to build a week or so early.

And you were right. Status 38 now. :salute:
Lets hope it's not long before we are on the way to UK.

Status 38 for me also. Hopefully it will start moving again soon.

Still status 40, although I'm not sure if it will change to 60 if the dealer does a self collect... saw someone else on here who was still at 40 when they were sat in their car so fingers crossed its actually progressed.
 
Dealer has just confirmed a 4.30 collection on Friday! Exciting times

Hi all, New to the forum.

I've ordered a S3 Sportback S-Tronic in Glacier White.
I have a build date of week 47, which is week commencing 21st November. Should I expect to see the car before Christmas? I'm hoping for delivery mid December fingers crossed!

My S3 went into build on the 8th September (was scheduled for 12th September) and I'm picking it up on Friday so definitely possible
 
This coming Friday appears to a popular day. It's almost like dealers bonuses are reliant on getting these cars out of the door by the end of the month. ;-)
 
well mine ISN'T coming Friday :(

but I'm doing some mileage this weekend, so not too bothered - one last road trip with the quattro

I'm on the same build week, keeping an eye on the tracker in hope it comes forward and I get it before Christmas as well.

dealer rang late today, car is being delivered tomorrow, picking up Friday @ 4.30 :)

Been lurking on this forum for absolutely ages and ordered myself a new S3 a few months ago. It originally had build week 39 (26/09/16), but taking a look at my status history below, i think my car has been stolen from the factory and raced to the port...

10 days for me so far :sob: but there's another boat to Grimsby before the weekend so hoping to be on that one!! Really getting bored of waiting now
 
African Highway is in Grimsby, Weser Highway is in Emden and City of Paris is on its way to the Tyne if anyone is still tracking boats

Foot down everywhere! Going off my trip I think I'm going to push mine into the Audi garage tomorrow.
 
Dealer left a voicemail saying cars actually ready earlier than expected and I can have it today... Now can't get hold of him when I try and call back!!! Stress

Ta Da! The new car is ready to roll. Paperwork signed, registration allocated, insurance sorted. I'm picking it up on the 10th.

Ha, pleased for you.

But c'mon Audi, what gives - that's a BW38 car that's already been delivered to the dealer. We still have BW37's sat in Emden waiting for a freakin boat :(
