my gearbox died.

so i had a cracked pipe under my engine thought it was oil so tighteneda leaky gasket, woke up the next day the a whining noise when driving, tunrs out it was gearbox fluid that was leaking so now my gearbox was goosed by the sounds of it, such a shame to let the car go.

Fix the leak , refill gearbox oil and give it a whirl .

It sure is. Pipe was fixed. Replaced oil. Still goosed

That's a shame. WIll you replace the gearbox or is this the end of the car? Be a shame if it is but as a auto cab b7 owner myself i always thought if the box goes it's game over.
