Hi folks, I'm having dodgy suspension issues with my s3. It's hard to explain but essentially the car is really bouncy on the road and at the front, particularly when you go over uneven road surfaces you can feel the car absorb the road, it cannot be normal.

I went to one or two garages and they are saying there's nothing wrong, it's just the uprated polybushed suspension but the car never handled like that went I first had it so something must be knocked, the (bushes, track rods)

Think I'm going to have to go to awesome Gti who initially did the work as it's frustrating with the garages around here.

Sounds like it's under damped.

Has anything else been changed on the suspension?

Mine felt the same when stock so I upgraded to bilstein b8 dampers and lowered front springs, that sorted it for me. The harder bushes will exaggerate the feeling if you haven't changed the shocks. The oem shocks are shocking

Thanks for the comments, I have no idea exactly what's been changed all I know is that the bushes and so on have been changed to polybushed.

Awesome Gti were the peeps who did the work originally as instructed by the previous owner, I have booked in a visit at the end of the October to get things sorted once and for all as the peeps around West Midlands don't have a scooby do.
