2.5 tdi Quattro judder at idle?

Hi.
Have a 02 2.5 Quattro
Has judder at idle. Engine mounts were shot. So had new ones. But still there.
Don't want to put flywheel in until last resort.
Any ideas???

Rev the engine to 1000 rpm's, if the judder/vibration lessens then thd flywheel is shot !
