It's the advertising too...... millions spent on the campaign so that they can say "unlearn negotiation" uh huh.
I'd have loved to be in that pitch presentation when they said "......and we have the opportunity to tell our consumers just not to bother with negotiation - that will save ford x thousand dollars" (of which they can spend some on more marketing with my agency)
