Gearbox finally gave up

Got an error code "torque restriction due to clutch temperature"

Tried clearing it and redoing the adaptations but no joy. It just keeps flashing up with the code and I can't go over 25mph. It will then go and everything is back to normal. Happens about every 20-30 seconds.


Time to look down the back of the sofa for some money!!
 
Recommended to change the clutch packs and flywheel first. They will need doing anyway.

Refurbished mechatronic unit has solved all problems. I hadn't realised how bad the shifts had been up until now!!

£2400 including fitting, testing and fluids. I also had a compression test done.
It could be done cheaper but I just needed it done, a company called valve body tech will do the refurb for £1000 flat fee.

Best part is the gearbox remap is unaffected
