getting the Rs brakes fitted on Friday , what brand of brake fluid is best for the S3 please ?

I use ATE TYP200 racing fluid. Done 3 track days and the ring and still spot on.

Also how much do I need to buy , I will get the boys to do a complete fluid change when they fit the brake kit ?

I use Motul RBF 660 with mine which is dot 4 and never had any problems.

I think I ordered 2 litres and had some left over which will come in handy when I have to bleed the brakes in the future.

Hi Michael,
Who have you found to do the job?
P.

my local mechanics are fitting the disc, calipers etc as its a straight swap apparently.

I have used Lockheed Delphi 5.1 in my car. It's not expensive compared to a lot of very high performance fluids that are more designed for competition / extreme use. Important if you change the fluid every 2 years.
It has the same boiling as ATE blue and is the same fluild that AP sell as Factory R 5.1 suitable for road and track day use.
