pic request: TT Competition alloys on S3

I thought the TT Comps only came in 17"s. Not sure it'd look that great, but I'm always happy to be proven wrong

On the right colour car i think they'd look good. Personally i think they're a really nice wheel, the only problem is they've been done to death on the likes of Golf 3's!

Don't get me wrong, they totally suit the Golf 3 but i've just seen it done too many times now... You'll all know what i mean yeah?

I know what you mean, it' a bit like RS4s on an S3
They look good but done to death.
I am looking at getting a set of these for my A3. I have always liked them and would wrap them in some slicks.

Yeah that was the only problem i was thinking. But was thinking of maybe using them as my day-to-day wheels with some paradas on them, and then using my current wheels for the track with some cut slicks.
They do look better on the A3/S3 than on the TT thats for sure (IMO).
I've got more important things to spend money on at the moment i think anyway.

I like this one.....
My opinion......i think they look excellent...rare as anything on an A3....OK so maybe some of the Mk3/4 crowd have done this to death...however i have to say in NW region /Manchester i have yet to see a single non TT car wearing these...and i do a fair few miles. Maybe a bit too bling for some, i would agree...maybe even for me...but they don't half get peoples eyes when they are clean!
As for fitment they are 17 x 7.5 J ET 32
As for weight....i think you may have a surprise...they are about 23 lbs or 10.5 Kg....i believe this is 4-5 lb lighter than RS4s....yes they have wide spokes, but comparatively they are thin going in to the wheel....thinner than rs4 spokes.
Why did i buy them?...because i wanted to go big brake kit without spacers and these fit my stealth Porsche "Big Reds" setup...plus at £250 including tyres secondhand...that sure beats BBS CH 18s at £1300...as much as i would love them SWMBO would start instant divorce proceedings
