yourAudi - Track New Car Order

Mine has been stuck at order 38 (at port) for 5 days now! urghh!
 
One more sleep and then off to Coventry for pick up!

Does it really take longer for delivery when you're in Scotland?! :/
 
Mine was showing as "Order Received" with a date of build start as 25/07/16. Just got an email today saying it had been updated so I logged in and it's jumped through Preparation>Panel shop>Paint shop>Assembly and is currently on Quality Control. No dates on there now though.
 
Mines now moved to status 38 finally.

There is a boat going into Emden (Verona) tomorrow (29th) and due into Tyne 6am Sunday 31st

I presume this is one of the boats Audi use?

Hope my cars makes it onto this boat!

Having said that, there is no rush as I will probably wait for the 1st September

cppp - I presume yours will go into Tyne as well ...

My order page went squiffy today. Engine description replaced with a "/" and the progress bar has replaced the A4 with an R8!

I've also noted on the configuration that the Monochrome 5" display has been replaced with 'medium display' and the connect subscription replaced with "connect package 2" . One other minor change is the radio. Changed to radio high scale (gen 2). My build week is 32, 8/8/16

I have been! I've not even taken a pic of the car myself. Its such a great car - HUD/Virtual cockpit and B&O Sound system is definitely top of its league.

'Inverted' - I noticed the same on mine, a picture of an R8 while it was in the panel shop but it's gone back to an A4 now it's in the paint shop. I haven't checked yet if any of the other details have changed.
 
Finally got my Audi Order number today so that I can track mine at last :)

I am assuming that the franchise has amended a previously ordered A4 as it has an order date of almost 3 weeks before I ordered mine. Anyway mine is in the paint shop so I may get it a lot earlier than the middle of October which I had originally been advised.

And @silverfox I wont be happy if they splash any of your red paint onto my moonlight blue bodywork !!!!!!

Mine is all back to normal as well. Still status 20 'preparation' .... One week till the build!

Mine was ordered on 30/6/16 but My Audi has always said 20/6/16. I'm expecting delivery mid-end September and I've got a build date of 8/8/16. I'm surprised you are in the paint shop already. I'm still at 'Preparation'.
 
A vessel has left Emden port (verona) and on the way to tyne! hopefully my car will be there! :/

No update yet. Verona was late into emden it's previous port was Barcelona possibly picking up seats from the factory

It's into Tyne tomorrow morning apparently

oh so if the tracker doesn't update by 1am tonight, does that mean the car is not on the boat? :/
 
City of Sunderland has just left Emden on the way to Tyne, due at 4pm tomorrow, just checking port of tyne shipping and its the last boat from Emden for a week
 
so there will be 2 ships arriving at Tyne tomorrow, Verona and city of Sunderland **fingers crossed!**

So today mine has switched to Assembly but I have noticed that it is listed as an S line ultra 2.0 TDI 190 PS 6-speed but I quite deliberately didnt order the 'ultra' model. I know there are a few anomalies with the portal but should I be worried by this? (Im going to double check with the dealer on Monday as it will worry me if I dont).

@BeagleKCH - The order is showing as having been placed on the 15/06/2016 in the myAudi portal
 
Wohoo! my status just changed to 39, means its on the ship! :)
 
City of Sunderland is still docked in Tyne according to their web site it's in the roll on roll off dock. So I guess they are busy unloading our cars.


I wonder if the boss will give me later extended lunch break to see if I can locate my car... it's only 35 miles from my office ...
 
Aye I notice that it has been there since yesterday afternoon, still at status 39!

go for it and dont forget to take some pics! :D

Same here! :) Dealer also said he'll try to make sure that I could pick it up early next week :D
 
And mine has left the factory

So much for the mid October delivery date I was originally given. I have the last week of this month off so I am hoping I can pick it then.

Same here @Inverted. I wasn't expecting mine to start construction until next week. For what it's worth, my wife is having a new A3 and hers started production on 25/7/16. It was built in a day, spent 2 or 3 days in QC and her ship arrived yesterday. That's 10 days from Panel Shop, where we are both now.
 
Good to here that they are slightly ahead, my misses A3 was also built a week early and was on the boat over before it was even meant to be started.
Be nice if the A4 was the same!
