Mirror Issues

Evening All

I'm having random issues with the Passenger mirror on my 3.0Tdi S Line Quattro Avant....

1) It very rarely folds in using the control on the drivers door
2) It randomly tilts downwards when reverse is selected
3) most annoyingly, I can't set the mirror housing to the right position - it won't stay in the correct place so it makes adjusting the glass to the right position impossible.

Any ideas? ( assuming this all makes sense! )

Cool - I'll scan it with VCDS in the morning.

If it's the housing, is it a complete unit that's required, or are the motors available on their own?
