hello. thanks for the pics neil massive help. if you could tell me where the red wire connected to the other side of the 1 comin down into car goes to and also is the red wire coming down into the car should be connected to couple of fuses in the ecu box. its ment to be a ground wire but in my car if i dont have power to this wire i dont get any EPC light on dash so no power going to my ECU. i know this is confusing and dosent make any sense. but if you could answer the 2 questions it would help me out no end. putting power to a ground wire seems wrong etc etc.thankyou for you

thankyou for all your help so far. nice 1.

hi mate glad to be of assitance. the big red wire goes to a crimp joint inside the loom itself. if you need a pic will take one.

yeah mate a pic would be great. i dont mean inside the ecu box thats were the red wire comes from onto the bit with the 4 plugs etc. but ther is the other red wire on the flip side that comes down into footwell . about 8" long its the end of that wire i need to know about. i think it should go on to power point. but ive also read its a ground wire. if i have no power to this my ecu has no power. confused.

hi mate will take one for you tomorow. the red wire on the flip side goes into the loom. and is joined to 2 other red wires, and one of these goes to the bunch of red wires that screwed to the plate that has all the red wires joined together. but will take a pic for you tomorow.

thanks. i think i understand were you mean. and expect the other 2 red wires are the 2 that connect the 2 large fuses that are under ther. with 1 blk/red wire and the other is blue/red. i have a thin yellow/grey wire and a thin blue/grey wire that are not connected to anything.they were just there when i took the peice down from under the dash.i had a short on starter and this burned the wires going into ignition switch.thats when i saw the red + from above wasnt connected and then found the red wire that should go onto the flip side. not sure how car was working but it was. !! anyway the yell 1 is live and blue 1 is not.im not sure were these are supposed to go.any ideas. ? thanks.look forward to this pic for exact configuration. thanks again.

hi mate had a busy evening will get some for you tomorow.

thats ok mate. no worriz. thanks.

hi mate here you go. so this is how its wired, the thick red on the stud goes to the metal tag that iam holding up. the thiner red in the white connector goes to the joint in the loom. which in turn goes to the fuses and the relays on the bracket.
