GTi International 2016 July 9-10th

I'm very tempted but with VAG Tuner on the 10th July I doubt I'll get a double pass out so I need to pick one ........

I know what you mean. But just to let you know that Autometrix are under new ownership ship now, and there's a bigger push for their events, so expect a better pre show if you are camping overnight. Can't comment on the event itself, but Sunday's are usually more busy than Saturday's.
 
I'm looking forward to this, I've not been for a while, but there seems to be more energy and social media interest for this years event :)

This will be the first year I'm in a Audi rather than a GTI at Inters :openmouth::grinning:

I went to one of the first one in 1990s. Was pretty good

Hope it's a better day tomorrow bud, today was quite poor in terms of content and attendance. The event itself is under new ownership, and that only took place not too long ago. As a result, there has been very little promotion for GTI International 2016 on the internet forums and facebook, and today shows what happens when you don;t do anything.

Traditionally though, the event is always much busier on Sundays, so there is hope!

What was this like today? Unfortunately I didn't make it here or to VAG tuner.
 
Busier today than it was yesterday,Big hold ups on the 1/4 mile sprint due to various blow ups and the ambulance having to be called away to deal with some incident, Never heard any more about this so hopefully not to serious.
