I'm starting the project to get my cab to look and drive how I want :)

However been looking at wheels and I like some that are staggered and have been advised on a Quattro this shouldn't be done. I know some with Quattro have used different spacers front and rear so surely staggered wheels would be a similar result?

If anyone can offer advice it would be greatly received along with any other advice on fitment for the B7 Cab...

Car is being dropped on coilovers on Friday so I'll be able to see what size wheels etc should fit then, but looking at 19's as I want the ride to still be sensible.

The wheels I have seen are :
Size (Rear); 19x9.5J - ET35
Size (Front) 19x8.5J - ET35
PCD; 5x112
Centre Bore: 73.1

Fronts would be fine rears will all depend on tyre size and how low you go. Might get slight bit of poke off them. Use calcualtors like will they fit and wheel-size.com will give you better info. but 19 9j et 29 with 255 with roughly 30mm of drop will rub on the fronts

Thanks, are staggered wheels OK with Quattro?

I think the issue is getting the exact same rolling radius front to rear
I would just go square if I was honest

Also the centre bore is large on that wheel you have suggested just make sure you can get the spigot ring you need it they will vibrate

Thanks, makes sense to go same front and back then, I can always space them out if needed

Looking at AXE EX15's now...

I have 19s on a cab lowered on H&R if you search
They need some spacers, I have 10s on order

ET43 so 10mm spacers should be ok

Had 5s but as not hubcentric was getting a vibration

It's not a problem spacing the wheels at the front or rear on a quattro . The problem with staggered wheels is the rolling radius is usually different. This means the wheels are travelling at different speeds on the front and rear of the car. With the permanent 4WD Torsen system on the A4 this is an issue as the system is not designed to be run like this. People do run staggered wheels on quattros, the cars don't blow up immediately but over the long term the centre diff will be working harder than it should be as it will be constantly having to match the front and rear axle speeds.

Yeah they do need to be hub centric.. Are your wheels 8.5 wide?

Just about to pick up mine, lowered on Coilovers.. Been a bit of a nightmare as noticed some bushes perished to wanted to replace at same time and had seized bolts. Understand these ones can expand making them almost impossible to get out...

Very thorough explanation, thank you
